"Life is a journey, not a destination." - Ralph Waldo Emerson On April 9th, 2021, the staff of SJSCBSE bid Farewell to Brother Mark as he continues his journey as a part of the Jesuit Community. The program began with welcoming the gathering and a prayer song. The farewell committee portrayed a few instances from the life a brother Mark in the form of Mad ads which was entertaining and creative, after which there was a farewell message and song. The acting Rector of SJII, Father John D'souza gave a small speech about bro Mark and his life with them in the past one year. Father Rohan, the Principal of SJSCBSE also spoke about what an incredible person we had among us. We then had a small Video presentation followed by the vote of thanks which was in the form of an action song. As much as we are sad to let go of bro Mark, we are glad that we had the opportunity to know him in the past year. We wish him good health and success where ever he goes.
