Constitutional Day

November 26, 2020

The existence and successful survival of Democracy in such diverse conditions is the most celebrated fact about our country and constitution is its backbone. On such an occasion Constitutional day was celebrated virtually on 26th November by the students of our School. The programme formally commenced by a warm introduction by Shreyas student of grade 9, followed by prayer for the prosperity and wellbeing of the country during this pandemic from the Student of grade 6, a melodious and a pleasant prayer song by the School choir. This was followed by the preamble from the student Farhan of grade 10. A specially designed video was presented to enhance the students about their constitution. The importance of the Constitution day was briefed by our student Arpita from grade 7 Then came the culmination of the day a talk by our special guest speaker Mrs. Ashwini M. Hattiholliz B. Com, LLB serving as 21st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Court of small Causes, Bengaluru A message from our beloved Fr Rev. Rohan D' Almeida which took us on a journey from its history to its present-day form and its vital role to bring together an idea called India. Last but the least the virtual programme concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Avila. Thank you
