St Joseph's school CBSE organized a webinar for parents on the 27th of October for the parents of the students from Pre Primary to Class 10.
The topic of the webinar was "Burnout".
The resource person for the webinar was the in-house school counsellor Ms Sheela Balan.
The webinar focused on how, to recognise Burnout in them and in their children and how to deal with it in an effective manner.
The resource person threw light on the stages, signs, possible causes and negative effects of Burnout. The main focus of the webinar was the various coping mechanism one can inculcate to escape Burnout.
